Whether it's a school field trip, a wedding shuttle, a corporate event, a prom night, or a sporting event, Busrentalcompanyedmond.com helps you find and book the right bus for every occasion, all in one place. Edmond Airport Transfer Shuttle Bus Services
It just got easier to coordinate group airport transportation in Edmond and the surrounding Oklahoma City metro. Whether you're shuttling a corporate team to Will Rogers International Airport (OKC) (7100 Terminal Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73159) or picking up out-of-town guests for a wedding weekend, a private airport shuttle bus rental keeps everyone together. Charter buses pick up on the lower baggage claim level in OKC's Ground Transportation Plaza, and the curb there is for active loading only, so have travelers grab their checked bags and gather at the curb before the bus pulls up.
Until then, the bus can hold at the free cell phone waiting area on Terminal Drive just south of Amelia Earhart Lane, and your whole group rolls out together in one trip. Forget juggling rideshares, splitting up into rental cars, or navigating the OKC airport pickup loop with a dozen bags. A charter bus or minibus from the network puts everyone in one ride.
Plus, with luggage bays on full-size coaches and overhead storage on minibuses, there's plenty of room for everyone's gear. Fill out one quick form to compare airport shuttle options from a large network of bus companies serving Edmond, or call 572-212-1050 any time to get started!
Bus Rentals For Edmond Concerts & Music Festival
For the best concert experience in Edmond and Oklahoma City, skip the parking garage headache and rent a bus instead! Whether your group is headed to Paycom Center (100 W Reno Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73102) for a massive arena show, catching a concert at The Jones Assembly (901 W Sheridan Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73106), or heading downtown to Scissortail Park, a concert bus rental from the network makes the whole night better. Paycom Center's two main public entrances sit on Reno Avenue at the northeast and northwest corners, so a bus that drops your group on Reno puts everyone steps from the doors.
At The Jones Assembly, every ticket must be bought online before the show and general admission runs rain or shine, since the venue is both indoor and outdoor, so lock in the tickets and the bus together and nobody gets left out. Party buses come loaded with built-in bars, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound systems so the celebration starts the moment your group boards. No designated driver needed, and no splitting up to find parking.

Edmond Corporate Transportation Services
Busrentalcompanyedmond.com makes finding corporate transportation in Edmond simple. Whether you need a sleek shuttle for an executive team heading to a conference at the Oklahoma City Convention Center (100 Mick Cornett Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73109), an employee shuttle between your Edmond campus and a downtown OKC office, or several charter buses for a large company retreat, you can compare buses in the network for YOUR needs. The convention center puts its primary shuttle drop-off and pickup at the southwest entrance off Robinson Avenue, and vehicles over 19 feet long aren't permitted in its parking garage, so a charter bus drops your team at the door and nobody burns time hunting for a space.
Corporate charter bus rentals through Busrentalcompanyedmond.com can include amenities your team will appreciate, like WiFi, power outlets, reclining seats, and climate control to keep everyone comfortable and productive in transit. Because Busrentalcompanyedmond.com isn't a bus company, you're never stuck with whatever one fleet has available. Instead, you compare options from a large network of independent providers serving Edmond and the entire OKC metro.

Edmond Employee Transportation Services
To find an employee shuttle bus service in Edmond, Busrentalcompanyedmond.com is the place to start. Commuting in and out of the Oklahoma City metro on I-35, US-77, or the Kilpatrick Turnpike is a daily grind that wears on your team. Public transit barely closes the gap, since Citylink's 100X Expresslink is Edmond's only commuter route to downtown Oklahoma City, and it runs on just two 30-seat buses.
A private employee shuttle runs on your shifts instead, and gives your team time to decompress, catch up on emails, or simply arrive at work refreshed instead of frazzled. For 2026, the IRS's commuter benefit limit for qualified transportation fringe benefits, which include commuter highway vehicles, rose to $340 per month, which makes a shared shuttle a no-brainer for many employers. Whether you need recurring morning and evening loops between Edmond neighborhoods and a downtown OKC office park, or a one-time shuttle for a company event, Busrentalcompanyedmond.com makes it easy to find the right vehicle from a large network of bus companies serving Edmond.
Amenities like onboard WiFi and power outlets mean the commute becomes productive time, not lost time. Fill out one quick form or call 572-212-1050 any time to compare employee shuttle options!
Edmond Government & Military Transportation
Busrentalcompanyedmond.com makes it easy for groups in Edmond and across central Oklahoma to find government and military transportation. Whether you need charter buses for personnel movement at Tinker Air Force Base or shuttle service for a civic delegation traveling to a state function at the Oklahoma State Capitol (2300 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105), Busrentalcompanyedmond.com connects you with a large network of independent providers. Tinker's Pass and ID office sits just outside the Tinker Gate at Air Depot Blvd, south of Interstate 40, and a unit hosting civilians without pass cards must give it an Entry Authorization Letter two weeks before the event, so one bus with one confirmed roster keeps the whole group moving through the gate together.
At the Capitol, parking in the south lot is free but can get crowded when the Legislature is in session (February through May), and a delegation that arrives on one bus never has to fight for spaces. Because Busrentalcompanyedmond.com works with a large network of independent transportation companies, you get more options and more flexibility than you'd find going through a single vendor. Call 572-212-1050 any time or fill out one quick form to get your quote and compare your options today!

No pit stops to argue over. No splitting up into multiple vehicles.

At the science museum, bus parking is on the west side along Martin Luther King Ave., and in peak season a museum representative guides students straight from the bus to a grouping zone, so the class unloads once and stays together. The art museum asks school groups for 1 chaperone per 10 students and lets Oklahoma pre-K through 12th grade groups submit an itemized invoice after the visit for travel reimbursement, which can help cover the trip.

Midwest Blvd. and N. Post Rd. through October 2026. Absolutely! Edmond to downtown Oklahoma City is a short and popular run, about 15 to 20 miles depending on your pickup and destination. A minibus or charter bus rental is a great way to move a group between the two cities for sporting events at Paycom Center, concerts at The Jones Assembly, conventions at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, or a fun night out through Bricktown.

The earlier you book, the better your options and the better your price. For most events in Edmond, booking two to three months in advance is a solid target. For high-demand periods (like prom season in late April and May, University of Central Oklahoma graduation weekends, OKC Thunder playoff games, and major summer events), six months or more is strongly recommended.
Waiting until the last minute almost always means higher rates, limited vehicle availability, or both. Call 572-212-1050 right now to lock in your date before someone else does!

University of Central Oklahoma (UCO)
The University of Central Oklahoma is a popular destination for prospective student tours, academic conferences, graduation ceremonies, and athletic events at Chad Richison Stadium (formerly Wantland Stadium) and the Hamilton Field House. Charter buses that can't fit fully within one space may park only in UCO's Lot 2, so plan the bus's wait around that lot. For reserved spaces or a blocked lot, email UCO Transportation and Parking Services at parking@uco.edu at least two business days in advance.
UCO commencement runs each May and December at Hamilton Field House (fall 2026 ceremonies are December 11-12), and every guest over age 3 needs a ticket, so a family group that rides in together arrives with tickets in hand and one bus to meet afterward.
Paycom Center
Paycom Center is home to the Oklahoma City Thunder NBA franchise and a schedule of touring concerts, family shows, and special events, about 15 miles south of Edmond. Near the arena, Paycom Center refers guests to the city's parking facilities ((405) 235-PARK) and puts rideshare pickup at Second and Harvey on the west side of the arena, so a group that rides in on one bus skips both the garage search and the post-show rideshare crowd. Coordinating your arrival and departure time with your driver well in advance makes for a smooth exit on Thunder game nights and major concert evenings.
Scissortail Park
Scissortail Park sits in downtown Oklahoma City, just west of the Oklahoma City Convention Center along Robinson Boulevard, and it's an easy day out for groups from Edmond. Vehicles over 19 feet long or 8 feet 2 inches tall aren't permitted in the Scissortail lot or the convention center garage, so a charter bus drops your group off and returns at a set pickup time instead of hunting for a space. A charter bus rental makes getting your whole group to Scissortail Park events seamless, especially on high-traffic event days.
Science Museum Oklahoma
Science Museum Oklahoma is a natural pick for school field trips from Edmond, and Science Museum Oklahoma's field-trip pricing applies to groups that book in advance. Students can't bring backpacks inside, so they stay at school or on the bus, one more reason a bus that waits for the class beats a line of parent cars. To lock in field-trip pricing, reach the museum's reservations office at (405) 602-3760 or reservations@sciencemuseumok.org, and allow 3-5 business days for a reply.
Arcadia Lake
Arcadia Lake (park office at 9000 E. Second, Arcadia, OK 73007) offers pavilions in secluded wooded spots near the shoreline or on hilltops, plus kayak and paddle board rentals from the UCO Boathouse in Edmond Park, which make it a great destination for group outings of all kinds. Whether you're organizing a company picnic, a church retreat, a family reunion, or a school nature day, Arcadia Lake has pavilions for small and large groups. When a group rents an Arcadia Lake pavilion only, each vehicle pays a $10 entrance (which isn't included in your free price quote), so one bus means one entrance instead of a dozen.
Half-day pavilion rentals run 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., and all-day rentals run 9:00 a.m. to 10 p.m., which makes setting the bus's pickup time simple.
Bricktown Entertainment District
Bricktown is Oklahoma City's entertainment district, with restaurants, bars, the Bricktown Water Taxi, and the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, home of the Triple-A Oklahoma City Comets. It's a top destination for bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, corporate happy hours, and post-game gatherings from Edmond groups. Bricktown's parking is spread across garages and surface lots with rates that vary by time and location, and the ballpark's home plate entrance is at the corner of Reno Ave. and Mickey Mantle Drive, an easy spot for a group drop-off.
Planning a canal ride too? Groups larger than 20 need a reserved Bricktown Water Taxi charter, and its ticket booth at 111 S. Mickey Mantle Dr. has no dedicated parking lot. A private bus rental means no one has to be the designated driver and everyone stays together all night long.
Oklahoma State Capitol
The Oklahoma State Capitol is a popular destination for civic group tours, government delegations, school field trips, and history enthusiasts from Edmond and across Oklahoma. The Oklahoma State Capitol's guided tours are free and last 45 minutes, and tours for groups of 11 or more run on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and must be requested at least 30 days in advance through tours@arts.ok.gov or (405) 521-6813. Groups may be dropped off by an entrance before the bus parks in the lot south of the Capitol, and everyone enters through the south visitor entrance.
For public schools, the Oklahoma Arts Council's Capitol Art Field Trip Grants reimburse transportation such as bus rental for grade 3 and above, for tours from September 1, 2026 through May 30, 2027, with applications due 30 days before the trip.
The Jones Assembly
The Jones Assembly draws music lovers from Edmond and across the metro for concerts, private events, and special performances throughout the year. It's an especially popular destination for birthday groups, corporate outings, and bachelorette parties, and while it welcomes all ages, guests under 16 must be with a parent or guardian and some shows are 18+ or 21+ only. The venue points guests to valet in front of the building on Sheridan Ave and street parking along Sheridan Ave (Film Row) and Main Street, so a charter bus or party bus rental makes getting your whole group there, and home safely, completely effortless.
